A hospitalidade, enquanto prática intrínseca à sociedade, manifesta-se em múltiplas dimensões, como ao redor da mesa, onde se revelam gestos de acolhimento, códigos éticos, relações hierárquicas, memórias afetivas e vínculos sociais. O café, mais do que uma bebida, evoca o ato de partilhar, o valor das tradições transmitidas entre gerações, muitas vezes preservadas em antigos cadernos de receitas.
